Getting started with Heylo
1. Get a prescription from your GP
First, you need a prescription from your doctor for Heylo. You can download this information sheet to bring to your GP.
2. Send prescription to your HIC
When you have your prescription, send it to your health insurance company via post or your health insurance company's app.
3. Get your activation code from HIC
When your health insurance company has approved your prescription, they will send you an activation code for Heylo.
4. Create an account and enter your activation code on the website
Create an account on the Heylo website and you will be asked to enter your activation code and continue through profile set-up.
5. Receive a start call from Coloplast
Once you've been through the account creation and entered some information about your stoma and delivery details, we will call you to confirm your order.
5. Receive your Heylo products
Once we have received your validation code we are ready to dispatch your Heylo products. You will receive an email confirmation once they are on the way.
